

Pâtisserie Française
This 4-session class takes place Saturdays at 2:00PM with André at our campus, 4522 Prytania Street.
Class dates are: Oct. 18, Nov. 1, Nov. 15, and Dec. 6
Chef André will start with the very basics of French pastry making, taking students on a journey through traditional French Patisserie. Students in this class will attempt progressively more difficult recipes, so come ready to learn. This course is for students who already have a good level of French and a fair mastery of the language. Class will meet on Saturdays (at noon central time), for a total of five sessions - Feb. 8, March 8, March 22, April 5, April 26. Fun as much as solid knowledge are guaranteed during this class given by an expert.
