This 4-session class takes place Saturdays at 2:00PM with André at our campus, 4522 Prytania Street.

Class dates are: October 3, October 17, October 31, and November 14.

Chef André Selle will start with the very basics of French pastry making, taking students on a journey through traditional French Patisserie. Students in this class will attempt progressively more difficult recipes, so come ready to learn. This course is for students who already have a good level of French and a fair mastery of the language. Class will meet on Saturdays at 2PM for a total of four sessions - Oct. 3, 17, 31, and Nov. 14.  Fun as much as solid knowledge are guaranteed during this class given by an expert.

This course requires B1 proficiency or above.
