Chef André Selle will start with the very basics of French pastry making, taking students on a journey through traditional French Patisserie. Students in this class will attempt progressively more difficult recipes, so come ready to learn. This course is for students who already have a good level of French and a fair mastery of the language. Class will meet on Saturdays at 2PM for a total of six sessions - February 21, March 5, March 21, April 11, April 25, and May 9. Fun as much as solid knowledge are guaranteed during this class given by an expert.
